Film and television production has a real environmental footprint. We are committed to reducing ours, on our productions and in how we run the company.

On our productions

We aim to use albert, the screen industry’s sustainability tool, to measure the carbon footprint of our productions and follow its guidance.

• Reducing flights, and favouring rail and local crews where possible.

• Digital scripts, call sheets and paperwork.

• Cutting single-use plastics on set.

• Reusing, donating or recycling sets, props and costumes.

• LED lighting, and mains power instead of diesel generators where possible.

International co-productions

We work with partners across the Global South, including Brazil, South Africa, Nigeria and Indonesia. Hiring crews and talent locally helps reduce travel as well as supporting local industries.

In the office

We work largely remotely and digitally.
